Are these fireplaces easy to fit?
You do not need to worry about installing your fireplace, we'll send a registered Corgi fitter for your gas and electric fires, and a specialist fitter for your solid fuel fires.

Are all these fireplaces hand carved from solid marble?
All the fireplaces are carved by highly skilled craftsmen out of all sorts of materials. Pop in and collect a brocure for information on all the materials sold - a vast variety of wood, stone, metal and composite materials.

Can I pay by cheque rather than credit card?
You can pay by cheque, cash, debit or credit card.

Is there a quality guarantee?
We guarantee all our fireplaces to be of excellent quality and free from any defects. The quality is checked prior to delivery. Please be aware however that all natural materials have naturally occuring variation in colour, veining and grain.

I have a special/difficult size or design requirement, can you make me a special order fireplace?
We will do our best to accommodate your needs, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

What should I consider when buying a fireplace to heat my home?
You will need to consider the style and size of the fireplace and what materials you perfer. Also does the fireplace fit the room and importantly the wall it'll be placed on. Higher ceilings can show off taller fireplaces nicely but you may require a shorter surround. Are you considering solid fuel, electric or gas. Bring your requirements to us and we can show you suitable products.
